Park Hotel provided an excellent location that made getting around Zug very easy. The property, set back from the city, was clean, well-maintained, and up to date. The spacious room had a beautiful view, a big bathroom with a great shower, and a comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee. When I return to Zug, I will definitely choose this hotel again. The late check-in on a Sunday night went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The solid breakfast included was a nice touch, although it would have been even better with fresh juices. The room was very quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep.

I recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic experience. The location of this hotel is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to the train station and the lake. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, especially to the train station. The rooms were spacious and had a sofa, chair, and dining table along with a TV and entertainment system. This added a luxurious touch to my stay. The staff here were really nice and very helpful, speaking multiple languages. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. The hotel also had great amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a spa center. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

If I had to recommend this hotel, I would say it is suitable for everyone.

Really had really great stay for a business trip. The hotel was clean with great and unbeatable location right across from the shopping district and airy rooms. The staff were courteous and genuinely nice and the design was modern. Exceptionally comfortable beds and two windows, ample closet space, and cell. Wonderful breakfasts with appetizers, coffee or tea...

Favourable location, 10 minutes walk from the train station. Absolutely gorgeous area. Great service, recently renovated superior room with comfy beds, modern furniture, fantastic pillows.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area away from noisy church bells, making it easier to get a good night's sleep. The location also provides access to an enjoyable shopping district with all the necessary amenities. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a large bed and decent work area. The bathroom was also well-appointed, and the breakfast was tasty with a variety of choices. the restaurant was a local hotspot and the staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly in setting up dining arrangements for guests exploring the surrounding area.

Like many hotels, the pool and bar area can be noisy and disruptive for guests in nearby rooms.

Far too expensive. Rooms are ok but for this price too much. Cheap and uncomfortable beds. No pay-tv and remote didnt work. Staff is very arrogant. Never again.

Price of the hotel was very expensive! Was not worth the money we paid. Also I found the pillows on the bed to be very uncomfortable it felt like my head was on the mattress. I also hurt my leg on the corner of the wooden bed frame, was very sharp and cut my leg. Not very safe!

Convenient Location & Breakfast

The location of this hotel is great! It is ideally situated near the train station and shopping center. The breakfast is also good and has a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, which was appreciated.

They were uncomfortable and poorly designed, making it hard to sleep at night. The service was also lacking, as the staff was unhelpful and slow in both check-in and check-out.

Friendly people, comfortable bed, spacious room, convenient location near train station and shopping center, nicely decorated with complimentary treats.
